We run training courses for employers and organisations that support people with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to find employment. Our courses are tailored to your needs, generally take place in your office, and are offered across the UK.

Find out more by following the links below.

  • Training for employers, including autism awareness training, guidance on making reasonable adjustments in the workplace, and strategies for managing a person with an ASD.
  • Training for organisations and service providers around subjects such as jobseeking, work preparation, and how to market this client group, including presenting a business case to employers.
  • A one-day training course 'Supporting individuals with an ASD to find and retain employment'.
