It's often much easier to find £5 a month than £60 a year.  A small, regular donation is better for us too because it helps us plan ahead.

Direct Debit donations also help us save on administration costs – so that more of your gift can be spent helping people affected by autism.

We spend your donation carefully. 97p in every £1 you donate goes direct to our work with people with autism.

How do I do it?

The easiest way to set up a regular gift is via our secure online donation page. You can also call us on 0808 800 1050 to set up a Direct Debit or find out more about making regular donations.

Alternatively, you can download and print our regular donation form. Enter your amount, tick the Gift Aid box and sign it. Then send it back to us by:
